Return Options
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from If you are not absolutely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days from the date of your order’s delivery.
Return Policy:
- All returns must follow the guidelines listed on this page to be accepted for store credit only, no direct refunds will be issued no exceptions. Store credit expires after one year, and can be used at any time online during this period.
- Returns must be requested before mailing the items
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all LIAO and manufacturers tags attached and sanitary strips.
- All markdown items, custom made or pre-order are final sale and not eligible for return.
- International orders are final sale and international returns will not be accepted
- Online orders cannot be returned at a LIAO store location
- If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued in the amount of your store credit.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender. Merchandise that is soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned to the sender.

Late Returns:
- Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.

Return Instructions:
1. Email your order number and submit return for store credit.
2. If your return is eligible, LIAO will email you a prepaid shipping label.
3. Include invoice and clean unwashed, stain free products with hang tags and sanitary liners in the original box, or package.
4. Attach your prepaid label to the package, and secure with tape.
5. Drop off at the appropriate shipping center.

Changes and Cancellations:
- We will be happy to change or cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. However, we work fast to make sure our order is shipped out on time. We cannot make any changes/cancellations once your order has been processed and shipped.

- We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-ordered items due to unforeseen delays.
